Enter any domain to look up its DNS records. We query A, AAAA, MX, TXT, CNAME, and NS records for deep configuration audit.
Frequently asked questions
What are DNS records?
DNS records are entries in the Domain Name System that map human-readable domain names to IP addresses and other data. They control how traffic is routed to your website, email servers, and other services.
What is an MX record?
MX (Mail Exchange) records specify which mail servers accept email for your domain and in what priority order. Lower priority numbers are tried first.
What are TXT records used for?
TXT records store arbitrary text and are commonly used for email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), domain ownership verification, and other service configurations.
What is the difference between A and AAAA records?
A records map a domain to an IPv4 address (e.g. 93.184.216.34), while AAAA records map it to an IPv6 address (e.g. 2606:2800:220:1:248:1893:25c8:1946). Both tell browsers where to find the server.
